Van Wyngaardt Global is a dynamic and rapidly expanding private security firm headquartered in London. We’re continually looking to connect with dedicated and experienced professionals to join our growing talent pool for assignments in London, across the UK, and occasionally within mainland Europe. Given the sensitive nature of our operations and the caliber of our clientele, we maintain rigorous recruitment standards.

Our preference is to work with individuals who bring extensive backgrounds from law enforcement or the armed forces, as their training, operational mindset, and adaptability align seamlessly with the demands of private security. That said, we also welcome applications from civilian professionals who have a minimum of two years’ experience in the security sector—ideally within London—and can provide strong references alongside evidence of ongoing professional development.

To be considered for future roles in close protection, candidates must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience, ideally gained in London, and preferably with a foundation in military or policing environments.

Please be aware that all candidates will be required to pass a comprehensive vetting and background check in accordance with BS7858 regulations. Additionally, all successful applicants must sign a detailed Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to onboarding with Van Wyngaardt Global.
